love, love, love!! You make these flowers come alive! Admire the patience you are making this tutorial. Will definitely try this, thank you!! And please, take good care of yourself!
This is the best water coloring video I have seen. For the first time I like the end product. Thank you for taking the time to share from beginning to end. I watched it through once then water colored along with you pausing when needed. Yay!
Very nice! Thank you for sharing you talent. Yes, water coloring, coloring, making cards, etc. they are all therapeutic. It is what gets me from one day to the next! Sending prayers!
Such a lovely card! Thank you for the providing the details of your technique. I wasn’t initially excited by this stamp set, but I have completely changed my mind.
Beautiful. Thanks for sharing your no line watercolouring. I have always used Crumb Cake stamped off and had that slight outline. Never thought of using Sahara Sand. ❤️🇨🇦
Thanks for sharing the video of your process - I can see that having patience and going slow is the key to making a lovely piece of art. I will be trying it soon - last time I tried I did not stamp off the ink first and I think that's a great tip💕
I'm going to find the patience to do this. I just ordered the water paper so here I go. Thank you for those great tips. Beautiful card. I'll have to find more videos.
I've always been intimated by watercoloring, maybe because it's so "uncontrolled". You have made it look so easy and simple, I will try this. 1. Use a fine tip brush 2. Move from petal to petal, leaving one dry in between and go back later for those. 3. Take your time and relax. Thanks for making this video, it is VERY helpful. Cheers!
It is the most zen feeling to watch you watercolor so beautifully. Absolutely gorgeous and I never would have thought to do something like this. Thank you for sharing this technique!
Thanks for this tutorial Martin - I may just try again (usually a bit impatient to water colour :P ) I'm so glad this is something that helps your mental health because you are really talented and such an inspiration to many of us in the SU/crafting community.
As always-Amazing! Just beautiful. I think I will be brave and actually try this technique. I have the set and oh my- your time that you take-that’s great.😊 you make our humble stamped image into true works of art!🤗😃
I can see really getting into the zone with these techniques... My attempts at water colour end up being muddy. This all makes sense. Also I could stop and go. Take my time! I also find that with any art project, that it always looks so much better the next day.
I know this is just a quick "show me" video but this flower image is beautiful and the card you made is stunning. I've only watched you paint for eleven minutes and have already relaxed into the "ozone"! I could watch you all day! I can relate to the mental "bad zone" thing. I'm there right now. I AM my own worst enemy as I know many of us are. Thank you so much for the relaxing "trip"! I'm going to subscribe and hopefully see more of your card making ideas. What I've seen today has peeked my curiosity! By the way, where did you get your art degree? I'm guessing somewhere in the U.K. (some of your verbiage sounds U.K. - i.e. "pop", etc.). My husband's son has a degree in graphic arts. He graduated from K-State University in Manhattan Ks. (best know for their agriculture (including vet), accounting and engineering courses/degrees). I hope things level out for you. TFS
The ink pads are juicy enough to handle the painting. Of all of my ink pads there are only a handful that have been reinked. Equally IG you are concerned about the ink pads becoming dry you can try a drop of reinker onto block and watering it down from there ☺️
Colouring, especially water colouring is very relaxing. I’m even relaxed watching you colour.
Thank you so much 😀

I studied in Nottingham - Thanks for sticking around and I’m glad you enjoyed this video.
Beautiful card and painting. Just a quick practical question with using the ink pad as your paint. Does it not dry the pad out?
The ink pads are juicy enough to handle the painting. Of all of my ink pads there are only a handful that have been reinked.
Equally IG you are concerned about the ink pads becoming dry you can try a drop of reinker onto block and watering it down from there ☺️
Thanks a lot ❤

Drawing ink? Please share a brand and color or colors you like.
It’s Winsor Newton Drawing ink. I’ll add a link into the description
I couldn't see what you were doing. Your hand/ thumb was in the way🤷♀️🏻
