Guys is it needed any course to do the airplane pushback? I would love to do this job

There’s no “course”, the airline that you work for will train you if you’re interested. I work air operations for UPS and it was just another position that they offered me. Not every can figure it out though.

First push back was Lithuanian, 787. The Capt, did not like me at all.
