Making Chess Board instead of learning Chess

#shorts I wanted to get better at chess, I managed to convince myself that the best first step is making a chess set.

But why did you make molds when the end result is pretty much the same?

Printing each piece would take about 6-7 hours. This would mean weeks of intermediate printing. With a mold I can make a piece every 5 minutes or so

Just print the pieces it would be quicker than doing molds and waiting for resin to cure just load them all up on one file for one side and switch filament for the other side it is a lot less effort

Pawns are too tall and the bases are WAY too small. Very unstable, which is horrible to play with. Wide bases = good!
