Making Peach Wine at Home

Making peach wine and using the Weston fruit press. that was upside down . when the label faces up the flat wood is on top. turn it over so flat side is bottom and label is upside down. Otherwise the beveled wood is on the bottom and will cause the cheese cloth bag to push out causing a mess. I found out the hard way. The beveled edge belongs on top .

I got so many peaches, for cobblers ect. There big, pretty, and juicy, free stone Georgia Peaches the best! To pretty to, do this! but HEY this is what i do with em. make jelly and wine out of em. > They do freeze well too> Got even more coming off soon
