@@MrLucarion Alright so, first, of course, you gotta download the file from the official GTA 5 Mods website. Then, open OpenIV. (or install that if you haven't modded before) i'm assuming you already have a "mods" folder, so then, click on the mods folder, then (if you have already put in the "x64e.rpf" file) navigate to x64e.rpf > Models > cdimages > componentpeds_s_m_y.rpf, then, here you will have to place all of the character files, which will be the .ydd, .yft, .ymt, .ytd. once that has been done, back out once so that you're back at "cdimages" and then click on "pedprops.rpf", and now just put in the p.ydd and the p.ytd
Now you're done! And by the way, if you go for any of the other colors, it's the ytd file that does that.
