GTA 4 does not have unmarked cruisers, with the FIB Buffalo being the closest comparison.
GTA 4s NOOSE Tank isn’t part of the Police, it’s property of the National Office Of Security Emforcement (NOOSE).
In GTA 4, the police do not normally use Patriots, the NOOSE use them, despite them being driven by normal cops.
In GTA 5, The Riot is a NOOSE vehicle.
But the riot has L.S.P.D writin
Noose and LSPD are basically the same just noose appears at a much higher level.
