how do you get the regulator down if motor does not work?

I had the same problem, had to jiggle the window down, got there eventually

Nice video. I probably would stick to a socket wrench for tightening 2 bolts that hold the glass to the regulator. Especially for a DIY mechanic.

This isn't same as 2001 and why would you be replace regulator if window still goes up and down
