dude, this is really useful for me, thanks. i'm a student and we have an activity that requires us to make an infographic but i don't know how or where to start. this guy is a great teacher, he makes things short and simple for you to understand. i'm going to be doing my project now, i'll update you guys on the grade
Because of this video, I now knew that I can use infographics for my resume. This video also helped me to understand other infographics that I can use in my future presentations. Thank you for this!
Do you have any videos about product infographics? I’m stating a job where I will be designing product brochures, and I need to make a bunch of info condensed and visually appealing for each product
Interesting information; however the resume advice is impractical in an age where many companies are using software to review resumes. A visual resume is very difficult to parse and could lead to you getting nowhere fast. Graphical resumes might be great for a website, portfolio, etc., but caution should be exercised when applying for jobs. (I say this as someone who used to hire people and know what kind of garbage the algorithm makes of graphical resumes.)
15 years as a resume writer here - you are spot on. At least have a standard professional, simple format (ASCII friendly) resume ALSO if you want to have a graphic design/info graphic type resume, too. Visual resumes don't 'parse' in ATS very well as said above (applicant tracking systems aka resume scanning software) Photos, columns, tables, any graphic images can (and often do) skew / scramble the text, the content that is what REALLY matters to the employer/reader
liked the info but the MUSIC in the background is really grating. Why do video creators think they need that? If the viewer hates the music (sooo subjective!) they will dislike your content more than not. Usually I click off quickly. I hung in but 10 min was to long to listen to that "upbeat" on repeat, ugghhhhh

The last one suprised me. But just like what the guy said, we can use only that kind of resume if we will apply in a creative field.
