Chris what style of karate is this and your beginners lesson it looks like kyokushin am I correct?.
Shotokan is what our requirements to learn from belt to belt. But my instructor taught us other styles as well.
What style of karate is this?
Requirements to earn my black belt is Shotokan. But I teach Judo, kickboxing, and a couple other styles to be more well rounded as a martial artist.
I just got my green belt and I had to do this and they asked questions
