Yup, I do already use this. I purchased their complete bundle, for both studio monitors and headphones. I primarily use it for my headphones but having speakers that are also "calibrated" helps. Will it be perfect? No, it won't, but it's better than not calibrating at all.
I think both is the right answer if you can afford it. I agree that acoustic treatment should be the number 1 priority but this is really a nice addition to handle any additional room issues.
