Icon of the watch industry, no contender for luxury on the wrist has surpassed it, casual and business elegance in a single model ... simply the best Thanks Tim
100%! For me the President bracelet is the only one that comes close, but I definitely find the RO bracelet to be the most comfortable on the wrist! -Brandon
This is like asking if a mercedes s class is equal to a dacia sandero. The prx powermatics have bad movements with plastic in them that can't ever be serviced and in 10 years you'll need to throw out the enitre watch.
I called a AD and was told impossible to get but on chrono 24 , a lot to be had at more than double the price for a $20,000 watch nope I am not buying into the hype also Rolex is also more than double the price for their current watches, I cannot justify paying that much also my AD at my Rolex dealer said he would not recommend paying the hyped up price
@Aly O I have already 2 Rolex sport Watches the Batman and Hulk which was bought at the AD for less but to get more is almost impossible unless you pay double or triple the going price
Where was this AD? A friend of mine ordered his with the green dial and took delivery about a month ago. I have an appointment at the same shop end of the month
@@bk1109 no it's not a perpetual model as the a true perpetual watch would be able to take into account the months that have less than 31 calendar days. I'm wondering if he's confusing an automatic watch to a perpetual one?
Best reps for this are the apsf and zf, they're good but no where near this, the biggest tell besides the dial, which you'd immediately notice is out of place if you've handled as many ROs as Tim, is the rose gold rotor, or to say the fact that it's not rose gold and just yellow gold on the replicas. Oh and they're no where near 80 dollars, these reps go for around 500 dollars, with mods to make them closer to gen you're looking at 1000 to 1500 dollars, and 2500 if you're installing a gen dial. It's clear to me you don't know anything about reps or genuine royal oaks if you can't tell apart a genuine from a bad rep. Kind of like the rolex subreddit who call out people who never posted before on their sub as rep wearers even though they might be wearing a new 126506 platinum daytona that just started shipping a month ago because they, like you, don't know anything about these watches, real or fake, and just want to wear one to boost their fragile egos and to make themselves feel better with their money. And yes what I said about redditors on the rolex subreddit is true, someone with a brand new platinum daytona eith the 12 ref number got called out by them and told he's posting a fake even though the watch was clearly genuine because he never posted before on the rolex subreddit, the 126500 daytonas have not yet been repped properly and the biggest tell is the fat subdials but those idiots can't even tell that.
@@crisyorke1328 Joking aside, that was the thought that immediately came to mind when I saw it. China is a huge portion of the luxury watch market and Tim strikes me as the type with too much attention to detail to have overlooked it.

The watch is overrated, but the bracelet saves it. I thought about a VC, Chopard, GP, etc. At the end of the day, if you’re gonna spend a decent amount of money...just get the AP.

I don't think I could find 6 minutes of adjitives to describe this watch. Highly entertaining, beautiful watch.
Haha Yes Tim is very linguistically advanced
@Leighton Khalid if you need to hack her password, probably shouldn't be in a relationship with her.
I am digging the change to one glove. Kind of a michael Jackson nod
Got it this month! Excellent watch
Congrats! Wear it in the best of health!
Great looking watch. The bracelet is the best in the business.

Lot said but nothing uttered about its accuracy. Pls shed some light on its accuracy.
@Endersniperkiller21 True! But five fingers are not the same.

He's done a ton of them...search it
The canals in the bolts aren't even aligned properly. I don't think this should be an issue in a 15k piece.
Study basic mechanics
What's a stub index ?
partial hour marker cut off by the date window - here the index is completely removed for the date rather than remaining as a stub

Can the wrist band be change to a black rubber band ? Does any one knows
Why would you that one of the best bracelets ever designed 10 hours to polish
This wears bigger than the 15400! Jumbo for me.
Can this be a daily beater like the Rolex sub?
This is a scratch magnet.
Awesome watch, but unable to buy, just not available, new or used doesn't matter.
I honestly don’t think these look great everyone else seems obsessed with them
Super 👌
White hot!
is it perpetual ?
No it is not a perpetual as the perpetual model is like 100k!
Yes, it’s not a perpetual calendar, but it is a perpetual watch.

heeroy7 thanks heeroy7. I actually always thought there was a clear difference between a “perpetual” watch and a “perpetual calendar” watch. (?)
Saw one last week, looks like a $200 watch!
this is not orignal.... its 7A copy prise in India Rs 6400 that is 82 dollar now........

Made in China??
Glove or the watch?😁
you sendin this text with a made in china phone or laptop lol
Its sad to see the glove tag. Made in china really downgrade the watch
MADE IN CHINA, kinda cheapens the mood. jmo
just tuck it Tim.
He missed the glove, but at least he used tape to cover up the "Made in China" on the back of the watch.

AP is iconic, but I associate it with corruption and dirty money.

@@crisyorke1328 I think you're confusing it with a yellow gold Day-Date.
