Just got my MVX test results back!!! I'm in pretty good shape with some infection and low in B1 so I know what to do! It only took 3 days to get the test results.

Darren you are being a bit hard on yourself. 55 is decent, I agree lower better but a 20% chance of death in 5 years is actually a low number. I have completed this test on about 20 people and your scores are low. .I mean I agree, lower is better BUT this is not a death sentence at this numbers... my score was 52 and I was happy about it until I watched your video, I am just saying that 55 is not bad compared to what I am seeing in most people. Thank you for turning me on to these test. What a great resource you have been for all of us. Thank you.

My mother in law is 94 yesterday. She has osteoporosis and her bones shatter from the least tap.. She is skinny as a rail and actually her gut is a mess.. She really doesn’t like it here now because her life isn’t fun anymore. My father just passed at 95 years old. He had muscles and had zero problems getting around. His only problem was CLL. Chronic lymphatic leukemia. He had zero pain but was having to get blood a lot. I don’t think I would like to get older. I feel like (especially being female) it would be better to live only as long as my life is quality.

It seems like the numbers would correlate with A1c. The lower my A1c the longer I will live. I've been taking saccharomyces boulardii

I don't know how to leave a comment on a short so I'm writing it here. I have read that people with mental health disorders can benefit from a low histamine diet. From what I have read, people have reactions because of their mast cells. I believe I have MCAS, mast cell activation syndrome, and I've done a lot of research. My mom has mental health something I'm not sure because she's never been diagnosed but it's like borderline personality disorder or dissociative personality disorder.

Hearing the part about high citrate blood levels being a MVX indicator for toxicity raises a question for me and probably other followers of Dr Schmidt or other CellCore practitioners.
Since citrate or citric acid is a formulation ingredient of many if not most of CellCore's supplement line, would it be necessary to stop taking these, or for that matter any other supplemental sources of citrate, for some period of time prior to getting the MVX blood draw so as to avoid a falsely elevated citrate level on the test result?

The mean age is not the age they passed away. That would imply the better score you have the younger you would pass away.
