I love that you can see it not just in his face, but in his heart and soul, just how happy and joyful he is when he can play a hero he likes to play. Instead of the unethical Hog usage because people clearly need him as a crutch basically.
I've been going hog as a crutch so much just because I didn't want to lose in qp (because team diff, like please swap off bastion against a pharmercy thats stomping you, I already have to swap off rein/ram/junkerqueen because of it.)
Makes me sad cuz I've mained hog since OW1 so the fact everyone hates on you for picking him kinda sucks now but even if he gets nerfed into the ground I'm still gon play him
Personally, I think her axe swing should be a bit faster. It always feels so clunky and slow to consistently hit people, and it feels like it's her main source of self healing. That and the knife change Flats says in the beginning could put her in a decent spot.
It does big damage so I think it’s fair that it’s a little slow. For the “main source” of self healing is the knife, just don’t miss, be smart on the recall or use a quick melee do trigger bleed.
@@Hannah-gc4cy I think the wind-up of it makes sense given that she is a tank (with a mini disengage/engage in her shout) and the damage is respectable and can easily hit multiple people and cause bleeds/heals. When I play JQ it feels powerful in the right circumstances, and when JQ's use it against me, it feels fair.

It doesn't do much more damage then a rein fires trike which also has 2 charges and comes out way faster. The only significant difference is the healing you get from the bleed but you also only have 1 charge. It 100% should come out faster. That is the number 1 change I want for JQ for her to feel better to play.

I think that curve on the return is so odd and unnecessary. So increasing the cone of effect makes sense and wouldn't be game breaking given you still have to time it well
The curve return really isnt bad at all. It took like half a game to get used to its trajectory for me and then i was back to hitting bleed on just as many knife throws as before.
Honestly so fun watching the Rein battle and how hyped everyone in the game/spectators was getting lol. I really hope Rein comes back next patch; we need this Flats back. Happy Flats is best Flats.
Would it be a crazy buff if Queen’s bleed effect had a multiplier for heroes with higher health pools? Idk I thought it’d be cool if Queen could use an enemy hog as a health battery while merking the rest of his team.
Just allow bleed to stack on single targets, so you can get the healing effects of all your abilities at once. Also you get all potential healing on a bleeding target on kill. Maybe also a small buff to shout or the ult's interaction with Kiriko's cleanse.
Great gameplay as always Flats, but THOSE TRANSITIONS THO! Fantastic work and it's good to see someone enjoying Junker Queen. We waited so long for her and I hated how fast she got nerfed into the ground.

Dude, Junker Queen is THE most fun tank in the roster. Maybe it's my bronze play style but She just has the extra bit of teeth for me as a dive tank to kill healers while dancing with their tanks to keep attention (especially with a DPS team that can't seem to kill anything.). I also use her shout for more group buffs instead of strictly solo sustain. Dance around the objective as a shield and pop heads. her gun is hit scan and has a respectable enough range to deal with Phara and Mercy ult. Knife people as you run circles around them and confuse them as you run up in their face(add the knife throw/pull while in their face to pull them around and make it harder to aim at you). I know it probably doesn't work at all in higher level comp but it's fun where I'm at currently and that's all that matters to me. I play JQ extremely aggressively. I don't often front-line hold with her unless it is a push objective. I dance around push objectives to use it as a shield and then on caps I always sneak around the back line and go after supports as my #1 priority.
An awesome buff idea: You should be able to cancel how far she charges in her ult like a rein charge so you can immediately start pumping in damage with the bleed instead of zooming past them then having to back track and chase them
Bigger knife return makes a lot of sense to me. Wouldn’t mind it having a bit more pullback (or her gun having more damage or lower spread) and her having 25 more health as well-I think those 3 changes would be plenty to put her in a good spot.
I put a lot of thought into this as a GM3 Junker Queen main. Buff ideas: 1. Knife throw does an extra 10 damage on impact OR an extra 15 bleed damage over time. 2. Increase travel speed of throwing knife by %30 to make landing knives easier 3. Buff base health to 450 from 425 4. Buff overhealth given by shout to 250 from 200, giving her 700 total hp once shouting (accounting for the previous increase of 25HP) 5. Increase the speed in which Junker Queen winds up Carnage (axe) by maybe %30. The ability can be canceled a bit too easily, counterplay is usually healthy but it’s way to punishable. 6. Finally increase bleed modifier to give her 1.5x healthy back from 1.25x. A lot of these buffs are minor ones apart from the health buffs, they wanted to increase her own survivability and that’s what I believe these changes accomplish.
Big fan flats. Love the energy and the content u put out. It’s honestly helped me in OW2 since I didn’t play OW1 and usually don’t play shooters. I’m still ass but at least ur content helps me learn

Junkerqueen is SO fun. I'm a Widow man so I don't normally like playing tanks or playing brawling characters, but she's actually super super fun & I've been playing her a lot lately in arcade.
Buffs: -1.5x bigger radius on knife return -10% larger radius on commanding shout aura -1 second delay vs 2 second delay to swing your axe This would make her so much more balanced. Hog can literally instantly throw his hook with no charge up and 1 shot any target he hooks. While axe swing has a 2 second delay to hit targets at point blank range and does way less damage.
Personally, the two things I would change about Queen are: knife pull back should slightly displace people it hits on its way back. The other would be bleed doing slightly more damage, maybe after using rampage, your bleeds are empowered for a small amount of time. I dunno, I think it would be cool
I don't know how useful and/or widely known this fact but Queen can recall the knife during other skill animations. It can make for pretty tight combos with the axe and ult
I do hope she gets some attention. She does need more. I'm definitely still gonna main sigma on tank now though. I played him recently and had easily my best game ever.

Zen out damaging DPS is hilarious. It's not rare by any means because zen is so damage focused but it's still funny that the characters designed to do damage and get picks get less than a support with a 0 damage ult.
Flats something not alot of people take advantage of is that her normal melee (so long as you havent thrown and not retreived your knife) will also proc bleeding. Thus if someone gets cleansed right in front of you. just shoot, melee. and boom bleed proc.
When i pull players close with the knife, i will always melee. Since i play winston ,genji and so on for a long time, melee as soon as i have a chance to has definitely finished off alot of my kills.
Something else that could be something that might be quite strong, but also a good buff would be increasing her speed when bleed is active. It'd only be a tiny bit, like 5% per person bled, but it'd allow her to be able to get in and out, and maneuver herself into the range that her shotgun is most effective
Honestly, it the knife should be a boomerang. Fits her character thematically and could curve around and hit several people. Also, joined the revolution and changed my icon. Vive la révolution!
junker queen is honestly really fun, mostly because her one shot potential isn't ez like hog, but actually requires multiple button presses, precise timing, and a true skillshot. plus you are literally playing a battle-crazed maniac who literally screams in battle like a war cry. personally i think knife throw should have an aoe that ALWAYS causes bleed, so rather then it being bigger when coming back, even when you MISS the toss, theres still a bit of bleed if you were close to the target. it would be a buff that wouldn't BREAK her balance, its still a skillshot, its just got a bit of a forgiving aftereffect on a hero who REALLY needs that ranged bleed to be viable on a really hard to hit skillshot.
