I'm so jealous, I love that sink. It would work perfect in my house. Sinks on Market Place, in my area, are not touchable, too expensive. Hope you got a great deal. And the finish on it looks so good. The part underneath not finished, won't that be covered up be the base cabinet once it's installed. Congrats on being able to pay off your mortgage in only 3 years, that's something to be very proud of.
