According to the National Institute of Health, forest bathing or just walking casually in a forest, has physiological and psychological relaxing effects for ageing people with hypertension and prehypertension.

Hey Lou, isn't forest bathing great for mental health at sunrise? I've started a daily routine of going forest bathing each morning at sunrise.

I never heard a walk in the woods described as 'forest bathing' but I like the term. Thank you!

@@Over50tv Forest bathing began as a practice in Japan in the 1980s for burnt out tech workers. It's like magic for the mind.

The networking comment misses an important trend.
People know when they are being networked. There is a tendency to shut down and say, "Did you go to the website?"
No one talks or writes about networking in a networking resistant environment.

Good point. I don't disagree. But, networking is a skill that takes practice. Those that master are more likely to be successful.

    1. This shouldn't have come out of the blue. You should have been preparing. Cut spending to the bone. Save up a layoff fund. Networking while you have a job. Being proactive. Etc. You have made videos on this.

Yep, the signs are usually there so a layoff or firing should not be a shock. But, there are still times when it's unexpected.
