Hey, for this particular keyboard, switches are $30 and keycaps are also close to $25. This base is roughly $80. So raw costs are $135, then we factor in materials costs such as lube, packaging, painters tape, foam, PE Foam, commission fee and shipping costs.. I squeeze in just enough as a service to make $90-100 on most sales. Since every keyboard takes roughly 5 hours of labor since I manually lube every switch and mod the stabs to perfection. I only make profit on the commission fee, nothing else.
