Thank you! The temp of the grill was 450-500 degrees and the salt block was between 350-400. Cook time was around 12-14 minutes. I will have to make a video for the pizza dough recipe! 😊

I got one for a gift, man. I filmed my first cook and posted it on the channel. I did a couple of Rib Eye Steaks. I don't know if it's a meat thing, but the salt transfer I got was a beautiful thing. And it distributed all the way through the meat. I watched some videos first so I knew not to put any salt on the steaks (people who did found their steaks too salty). I also learned not to put any oil on them (people who did didn't get any transfer).
Maybe pizza dough doesn't have enough moisture? Not sure, but I'd at least try it again with the block fully heated. Very informative video though! I've been wanting to make some pizza from scratch.
Add some (small amount) corn meal to bottom or in the crust for a new twist to the crust.
That sounds tasty! I’m always looking for new twists to put on pizza!
Try a spray bottle to spray oil on the top instead of sprinkling it on.

Maybe harder to come by, however real fresh buffalo mozzarella is the real tast maker.
The salt block wasn’t hot enough. Also using corn meal instead of flower to coat the bottom of the your pizza paddle might work with the frozen crust to extract more salt from the block. Generally you don’t get too much salt from the block unless you cook either longer or hotter.
