The grid lines I am guessing you mean? If so, it is not a plugin, it is actually apart of the atak itself. At least in 4.4 version. Previous video I did shows you how to enable it.
I need your help understanding on how the map download tools works. So I got one slider and two endpoints to slide in the slider. When I move one endpoint to te left the altitude increment and to the left it decreases. But the question it's...Why two endpoints? What does each represent?
If I'm understanding you correctly, you placed two endpoints to either measure between the two, or you are plotting a line as like a path to follow. In either case the line will follow the dted data and if that is changes it will show the levels. I hope this helps.
