    It’s been a while since I saw a video of somebody setting up their TN. I love watching other people’s thought process in how they want to arrange inserts.

    Yes I think those look like some of the foxy fix adhesive pockets I sent you. So glad you can use them!

    Hi. I enjoyed this video. I picked up a few new ideas like the very skinny insert and I love your cover decorations. I started out with standard Midori size inserts then veered off to try various TN sizes only to discover that my best fit is standard and that’s now what I use. I like a chunky filled TN so I ordered a wide cover which I can’t wait to receive! I plan to fill it up with whatever will fit. I don’t mind the weight because I rarely carry it anywhere. Have a great day. Thanks for sharing.

    I love watching travelers notebook setups. I work better with the clear zippy folders too😊. I gotta see my stuff 😆! I also tend to use the wider sized standards. I seem to think I have to carry ‘all’ my stuff around😉. I’m not sure why. Thank you for sharing, take care💗🤗!

    Loved the Wildflower Amber cameo. Hoping FoxyFix will continue this line when they reopen next year. I will definitely be purchasing one. Enjoyed your setups. Happy September!

    The brass thing you had on the cover, how did you make it stick? Was it glue?

    Hey! I didnt see the tomoe river paper you use to make your inserts in the descrip. Very curious ☺️

      It’s from paper penguin co. I took it apart and made smaller inserts. You can put Tomis river paper into amazon it will pop up.

      It’s a keeper, but try the buy, sell, trade groups on Facebook or Instagram sellers.

    The 'crazy people teeth' comment made me lose it, I'm still chuckling. Seriously, why such an ugly colour? I'm such a fan of the clear pouches too, I'm literally considering getting a TN, filling them with clear pouches and using them as a cash envelope savings system for next year.

    My poor (sleeping) kitty jumps every time you snap that elastic. Kinda hard on the ears.

    You do realize an animal had to die for you to have leather. I’m not trying to be mean, but I think we all need to think a little more about using cruelty free art products.

    • @jennstns9
      @jennstns9 4 роки тому +3

      You do realize that more often than not, leather is sourced from the meat industry. So the animal died for food, and leather companies bought the hides from them. So if we didn’t make products from this leather, it would go to waste.

    • @jeanmayo4076
      @jeanmayo4076 4 роки тому +1

      @@jennstns9 you mentioned wild horse leather, not usually a food source. Also, eating meat is not necessary.

    • @jennstns9
      @jennstns9 4 роки тому +3

      Jean Mayo the name of the leather is nothing more than that, a name. It does not come from a horse. All of the brands that Sylvia mentioned here use leather from the meat industry. And while you’re right, eating meat is not necessary, it’s not going to stop. So wouldn’t you rather the animal be completely used up rather than just for food and the rest thrown away?

    • @jeanmayo4076
      @jeanmayo4076 4 роки тому +1

      @@jennstns9 thank you for clarifying that wild horse thing. I would just like more of us In The art world to do what we can to decrease the demand for animal products. If there is less demand, it might decrease the cruelty that ensues from killing animals in such high volume for leather, for their fur to use in paint brushes, and many other things that could be easily substituted by “faux” products.

      Curious what material you like as an alternative. The main one I see for planners is “vegan leather” aka plastic, which is awful for the environment.
