    It's also impressive how your shifter looks stock and unsuspecting. How d you make that work 🤓

    • @creambuilt
      @creambuilt  3 роки тому

      I lowered the shifter ( they're adjustable) to make the shift boot for. And the stock shift know fits right in.

      Hybrids makes the lower no cut shifter. Hides cables under also, Otherwise u need to run the plate like every one else and shifter will pop up higher.

    Hey man, clean car! I just liked your video and subscribed.
    I have the same exact setup as yours (Ek k20a2). I hope you can advise me. The intermediate shaft connecting my steering column and my rack and pinion is giving me issues (loose) which makes steering difficult and unsafe. How did you connect your RSX steering column to you rack and pinion?

    • @creambuilt
      @creambuilt  3 роки тому

      I used the stock ek steering column. Had no issues with with rsx steering wheel

    • @queens44
      @queens44 3 роки тому

      Thx for the reply. You used the Ek steering column and original key from the car right?
      That s why you need the immobilizer?
      Cause on my car, I'm using the RSX original key since I don't have an immobilizer

    • @creambuilt
      @creambuilt  3 роки тому

      @@queens44 yes, original ek keys

    I like your car. I picked up a 97 hatch about a year ago. I have the ebach Dual rate coils with the yellow struts,dc2 brakes in the rear, camber kits front and back. Some urethane bushings on the engine a set of Rota slipstreams with Federal 595. And I am Gathering parts 2 to K swap my car. Which ECU are you running? And I need a tuner could you recommend someone in California?

    • @creambuilt
      @creambuilt  3 роки тому

      I'm running the stock k20a2 ecu with a Hybrid Racing immobilizer.

    Love it.. im doing the same i want a clean daily with some power. Did you had to cut the hood for the PS pump? Im about to order the kit from HR.

    • @creambuilt
      @creambuilt  4 роки тому +1

      Yes, I did cut the hood. The bolt for the PS still hits a bit and the belt rubs. I have to drop the engine down a bit.

    How do you like the HR no cut? I heard it wasn’t that great. I’m still on the fence if I should get it. I like it cause I wouldn’t have to cut the tunnel like the other shifters

    • @creambuilt
      @creambuilt  4 роки тому +1

      Actually, it's really good. I like it alot.

    Hi, regarding AC, did you ever get around to finish it? I just finished mine and got it charged but I have encountered a few hiccups. AC stays on intermittently while at a stop but works well while driving, other thing is my idle drops really bad almost stalling the car. Not sure if you encountered anything with your AC?

  • @MrKunkaze
    @MrKunkaze 3 роки тому +1

    How has the ac and power steering been? Has the ps pulley hit the hood at any point? Also on the ekk2 mounts which slot do you have them on? I'm heading the same route as you is why i ask lol

    • @creambuilt
      @creambuilt  3 роки тому

      I'm redoing my whole PS and AC at the moment. AC was never fully installed. Just had it there for mock up. Getting all new AC parts soon. I currently have the setting on the highest point, which means the PS belt still rubs the hood slightly and the bolt taps the hood occasionally. I will be changing it to the lowest setting soon.

      @MrKunkaze 3 роки тому +1

      Regarding the ecu, you used the rsx ecu with hybrid immobilizer?

    • @creambuilt
      @creambuilt  3 роки тому
