My 14 year old Concept 2 just started making a terrible noise. This video was the answer. This piece of equipment is largely bullet-proof. I will get another 14 or more years. Thanks so much.
I would use blue loctite in case you want to remove it to fix something else down the line. You’re supposed to use heat to remove red loctite and with plastic that’s a bad idea.
I finally got my rower fixed because of this video! Exact same problem! Thanks!
That is awesome news! Glad it helped.

So glad the video helped! Thanks for watching.
Great video. Thanks man.
Hope it helped! Seems to be the only issue with these rowers.
Man I was looking for a video on the insides of one of these for ages!
Happy we could help!
Great bit of information, thank you. Just got my new RowErg, watched many videos but never saw anything like this.
Good to hear! In our experience you can’t go wrong with a Concept 2 RowErg.
Mine just did the same thing yesterday!! Thanks for the help
Happy we could help you get back to rowing!
Same thing just happened during one of my classes on Friday. Thanks for making this!!
Thanks - worked💪🏾 - exact same bolt
I just fixed one last weekend. Eventually, I will make it through our whole fleet.
Sounds like Dr. Who's Tardis
You are too correct. That is amazingly accurate.
The only thing I'd change is I'd add a drop of red loctite to that screw before reinstalling it - bastard thing would never come out again.
Great idea 👍

@@Dreyno another great note, we just bought some the other day.
That saved you a call out, x amount of money,or postage to and back.
If it’s already broken I can’t possibly break it more, right?
