underweightHater ripped guys can go for beers just not every day, if they do drink every day they need to train three times as hard, once a week is completely doable with ok exercise and diet, just don't drink 20 beers, but like half a dozen a week with some junk food no problems, one or 2 bad days a week can be in anyone's diet with no major impact. I played rugby for years with really ripped guys that drink 3+ times a week (not all guys where ripped though, not even close lol), the ones that were ripped just trained 5 times a week weights and 4 times a week 2 hours rugby practice plus games, i was in great shape as well eating terrible and drinking hard, it's very doable until early 30s depending on genetics, but not healthy at all.

To stay in shape you have to schedule your entire week but its worth it.

Dave Bautista worked out at my gym a few times in Albuquerque last year and I'll admit I had no idea who he was at that time. I just knew there was a massive man there (which also isn't rare because it's kind of a bodybuilder gym). Anyway, I noticed a bunch of people were taking photos with him and then found out he was this famous actor. He seemed incredibly gracious taking pics with people when he was trying to get his grind on. Then a few months later I saw Guardians for the first time and was so sad that I hadn't known who he was when he was at my gym. :)
