    does anyone know what device he uses to write out all these equations? Might be better than running through a bunch of paper for notes i will never look back on.

    If you multiply x - 1 to a negative Y it will become positive Y, correct? Example:( -7 = A + B + C) x-1 become 7 = A - B - C ?

    How do you add -1 to one equation, but not the other?

      right where is -2 coming from

    • @WinterFlare
      @WinterFlare 4 роки тому +3

      Because the equation is still true if it’s completely negative. Think about it like 1 = 1. But if you make it completely negative, -1 = -1, the equation is still true. It’s the same concept we’re using.

    Bonus question: Not any three distinct points can form a quadratic function (parabola), states all the exceptions.
    For math major potential students, prove your answers.

      He didn't but if you are working with solutions to systems of equations you can manipulate your formulas as long as they stay true.
