1. What the maximum length / size of the video?
2. Is there a way to make the pre-recorded video continuously streaming? So whenever a stream is completed, it goes live again without the need of scheduling it to specific times to achieve that?
If I have scheduled a live stream on you tube for a specific time do I still just go live through Restream It is a little confusing where to actually go live I want to stream to You Tube & Fb but I normally schedule my live on you tube

Great video. I am deciding between Streamyard and Restream IO for my livestream music, thoughts? Also, what webcam do you like best, I have a Mac Book Pro 13-inch 2019.
I'm using Restream a lot more these days for sure. And I use my built-in camera on my macbook pro 16 inch or my canon m50 dslr. You can look at using a Logitech C920 as an option if you're looking for an external camera.

I think you can use your phone but it's not the best experience.... it's best to use it on the desktop. If you want to use your phone for streaming, you may want to check out the Be.Live App --- I haven't used it before, but heard good things for mobile streaming.

Looks like a great solution for zoom-style shows. Rob, do you know if you can run multiple cameras in your studio with this? I currently use Switchercast to control 5 iphones in our studio. It's great for in-studio shows but the call-in software sucks.
You can use Ecamm alongside Restream to setup multiple cameras quite easily. I use that to use my m50 and my streamcam :)
Good info. Where can I find the specs for any graphics I'll use on Restream? ie. how many ppi for the logo, etc.
I'd say the highest res possible, 1920 x 1080 for the background, pretty standard, what type of specs were you looking for? Thanks for coming by.

Everything I livestream on restream results in a super blurry livestream. I have a paid pro version for USD49/MO and I am so dissatisfied.
Hmm... what's your internet speed? I find that when my internet speed is slow, that affects my streams heavily.
All options require you to upgrade. I could not add logo, overlay, background or greenscreen without paying for an upgrade.
Might be worth contacting their team for a discount code possibly? ;)

Technically yes, but the user experience for you won't be the smooth tbh. It's not really built for mobile use, but rather for desktop.

It'll allow you to play music, but that is a separate issue in regards to getting flagged for copyright. You need to get licensed music, ie through soundstripe, epidemic sound, or other similar sites

Ah, I don't use a greenscreen, but Im sure you can grab that tutorial in the Restream Page / Site, or even in their YT channel

How safe is restream for youtube security

As far as the connection to UA-cam, it asks for the same credentials as most other apps that you connect to UA-cam/Gmail during the setup process. Was there a specific security aspect you were wondering about? I'm not a security expert or anything, but I'm curious to hear that you're concerned about.

What can I do to fix stream delay when using Restream / OBS? I want to be able to chat with my viewers in real time, or at least as close to real time as possible, but some viewers have told me it takes 20-30 seconds for me to reply to the chat. I've tried setting OBS stream delay setting to 1 second, and I've tried the low latency OBS setting. I've set my UA-cam page's setting to Ultra low latency and my Twitch dashboard setting to low latency. I stream to Twitch, UA-cam, Periscope, Mixer and Facebook Gaming at 1080p / 60fps with 5500 bitrate and my server / upload speed is above 11. I get zero dropped frames, my green square on OBS stays green, but I still get delay of 20-30 seconds. Is Restream the issue? And does Restream add delay for each platform you stream to? I'm confused. Thanks
Hey Razorface, good question - I'll see what the Restream team says about this. Also, have you contacted their support? There's always some delay for sure - my delay is usually around 20 seconds, on average.

If you go to your Restream Settings, you can select the camera you'd like to use :)
If i have restreem for the business I work for and my boss who goes live is in Canada and I’m in California would we be able to use the same account for me to respond to comments while she is live or should we have separate accounts and if that’s the case would I be able to see the comments if I’m under my own account to respond to those chats

I do miss using OBS but both StreamYard and Restream are so useful.
