Amen brother! Great job brother! Let's all motivate each other to start taking care of ourselves. Caffeine, nicotine, whatever it is; a few moments of pleasure and convenience isn't worth a lifetime of IRREVERSIBLE suffering. This even goes for common skin and hair products these days like makeup and commercial shampoo, the man-made chemicals cause so many health issues. Time to revert to old, tride and true methods that actually worked. We can do it! 🎉
    Storytime:
Im only 30 and I already feel 70-- in fact, my mother who IS 70 is healthier and has more energy than I do. Despite being thin, I have no muscular / lung / heart strength. I run out of breath just rolling over, Im tired all the time and rely on caffeine which in itself drains energy as well and just makes the issues worse. A temporary dirty bandaid that just infects the wound further. Also, Ive been watching my mother die of COPD from a lifetime of smoking [ and she still wont quit ], and it's honestly harder and more painful to watch than when I watched my grandpa die of cancer. She has to go to work every day and try to live her life doing every day joys while pretending nothing is wrong. Any time she thinks about what she'd like to do in the future to make herself AND her family happier, she has the note in the back of her head that she's dying, and she has to fight back thoughts like "whats the point, im already dying." Its the quickest, but slowest death Ive ever witnessed. Watching her be depressed, slowly wilting away helplessly, and no one can help her, is incredibly heart wrenching. If she stopped at your age she would have been very likely not to develope it.
