    Ingredients:
    Quantity Ingredient
    1 Cup Wheat Flour (Fine and Coarse equal parts)
    4 Tbsp Oil
    ¼ Cup Water
    ¼ - ½ Tsp Salt
    Recipe
    Step 1 - Take wheat flour in a bowl, add salt and oil and mix it well. The flour would become moist, and you can make a fist with flour in your hand and check it, check the video. Keep sprinkling a little water at a time and see the consistency of the dough, check the video.
    Step 2 - Make 3 parts of the dough and make a round shape with hands. And then roll the bhakhri. Make little bumps just like shown in the video
    Step 3 - Cook it in an earthen pan called “tavdi” as shown in the video.
    Step 4 - Add ghee on top and serve it with Veg. You can eat it by itself for breakfast or brunch with whipped butter and tea. You can eat it as a side dish along with Khichri and Vegetable.
