Next to my house there is a place which there is too much neem tree It's shed alot of leaves over time just down on the soil nobody remove it The dried leaves at the bottom of the trees is a meter thick Over time the down layer its decomposed and becomes leaf mould by nature Every time I need I go to that place and and remove the upper layer of leaves I take the down layer and cover it again For free 😁😋
One thing you must do before you add water to the dried leaves You must smash and squeeze it while it's dry to make it small pieces It will decompose faster
