Love all your videos. It’s amazing what you can do with a 25hp tractor. When we built our first home in 1977 all we had was a Troy Built rototiller and pick and shovels, man would I have loved your rig.
I saw your trailer with the lumber and specifically noticed the ratchet straps. I purchased 4 of them with the specific notion that I was going to cut them down to 12 feet. I found that 90% of the time using them I needed less that 8-10 feet. I cut the strap and then fused the ends with a propane torch. I still have some long ones, but the shorter ones which I almost exclusively use are now much nicer to use.

I guess now is a good time to tell you... sawmiller here... mix up a 15 gal sprayer with 1 box 50 mule team borax 1 gal bleach. Blend borax in 5 gal with paint mixer to dilute pour 5 gal into 15 gal repeat as the borax disolves.... spray all the wood for the cabin keeps off bugs and mildew for a long time to come been doin this to all my mill wood keepts it lookin brand new
I keep 15 gal sprayer on a pallet with truck battery for easy portability. And refilling. Sprayer was 100 bucks at harbor freight

Great vid, I just recently picked up a new T25 and lov it. Bought a box blade today and wanting to try it out this weekend up at my cottage. I’m gonna have to get some courage and try and take the backhoe off lol
Man this kind of work is fun. I run a little business with my 1025r and attachments and I wish I had more jobs like what you’re working on here. Looking forward to you taking on that big stump. I think you can get it for sure with how you’re cutting the bank back. Might have to saws all a few big roots but I feel good about my 1025r getting it, and I know you’ve got a little more strength and weight.
Hard freeze won't kill the bugs....here in MN we get down to -35F and 5 ft. of snow and it doesn't kill the bugs or Mosquitos. Your creating perfect conditions for a mud slide.

Hey Tony,love watching your videos. I am curious, with all the backhoe work you've done, have you experienced and of the frame cracking I've seen on UA-cam with the T24 and RK24? I'm in the market for a tractor and am looking at the T25. Not interested in cracking the frame though!
The T25 is a bigger tractor. I have not had any cracking issues.

What rpm do you run for your backhoe? I have a Mahindra 3650 (50 hp) with a 60B backhoe. I was digging sweetgum roots out of the ground running about 1500 rpm and it was working fine for about 30 minutes. Then for some reason the hydraulics for boom and arm started drifting. They would not hold in place. The outriggers did not seem to be effected. Any suggestions?
It sounds like a valve issue. I can't think of anything else.
On my small tractor, I run about 2400. My biggest tractor I run about 2000 RPM
I'm on the fence between the t25 and the 2515. My closest tym dealer is a little over 2 hours away so I haven't had time to go see which one feels better. That extra lift capacity on the loader is a HUGE advantage though! Do you ever find yours bogging down or wishing it had a few extra horses if you didn't have the t474?
Yes. You have to buy the 2515 understanding it is 25hp. You will notice lower power in the PTO. It pulls and pushes fine. Hydraulics are strong.
What RPM do you normally operate at with the backhoe in use?
3/4 to full throttle.
