I think this is a really neat idea and it is something I have been looking at getting. It looks like it is really well made and it looks great too. Right now we take a folding plastic table, and we put it at the edge of our pop-up canopy where it is covered. Our tent is a L shape and the tent hangs on the canopy so this frames out another edge. I really like the idea of this instead of the plastic table we use. The only thing I would change is to have legs that adjust to account for slopes on camp sites. Great review guys and I like what Sherri says about framing the campsite. We love to do that too.
Thanks for the comment and perspective. We for all of our gear and don't get paid for these videos, but I would say this Sylvan Sport camp kitchen might be what you need. This video is about the Dine O Max, but they make a Dine O Mite which might work as well. Thanks again for checking out the video!

How much weight can the tables hold?
That's a great question. I honestly do not know. They will certainly hold a typical two-burner camping stove like a Coleman.
Can you run this with just the single main table setup and the smaller table to the right folded down and away?

I apologize. I just double checked and that side table does not fold all the way down to the side. It basically has to be set up to use the entire system. My apologies.

Glad to help. Also, SylvanSport makes a Dine O Mite kitchen that appears to be pretty similar but without the table extension on the side like what you asked about. That might be an option for you.
