What i find very useful is a small lunch box that you can put all the small loose stuff in, cooking utensils and cutlery. Even salt and pepper. The inkbird & meat probes sits in there nicely too!
It nests inside my plastic camping box and it's the first thing i pull out after I've set the table up.
    Everything is ready to use.
Organisation is key, nothing more annoying than realising you left something at home or you can't find it

It’s really refreshing to see someone who actually uses everything not just promote things without telling viewers that is the only reason. I like your combination of things you refuse to use and things that are unecessary to splurge on. Very cool video and very useful, thank you.

A couple of tips I use myself - don't worry about cheap arse cutlery from kmart or wherever. I got handfuls of good quality second hand stuff at salvos stores and they're stainless steel and comfortable to hold and a lot better quality. I think I paid about 1 dollar each per knife, and I fork and spoons. I actually store all my cutlery in a supapeg tent pegs bag. Perfect size and has a velco flap to stop them falling out. Heaps 'useful'.

I have been passing it all on to the grandkids so they can enjoy this great country we live in. You have truly changed our cooking habits at home and around the campfire. Thanks for all you do. Keep up the good work.

What I find particularly useful is one of the stainless steel, raised firepits from Kings because it enables us to have a fire for both cooking & to use as a camp-fire, without burning the grass underneath it. In fact, even with a good fire going in the pit, I can still hold my hand on the metal base.
I use it in conjunction with my Camp brae cooking basket.

USEFUL af. I have solved my kitchen gadget conundrum with GCI Mastercook station. I replaced the plastic stuff with small metal utensils from the dollar store. I did add my thermapen as well because fuck cheap thermometers. I also keep my collapsible coffee maker in their.
I loved those knives!! I always just brought my Victorinox Fibrox 8" with it's protective sheath with me that I always sharpen just before I go. As far as pans, I have been using my Lodge cast iron pot with lid that doubles as a secondary pan. I also bring my two MSR pots but I have been thinking about upgrading to the Stanley Tri-Ply series. I haven't seen many reviews on it but I have always dreamed of All-Clad doing a set of camp pans.
You're container system is awesome. I definitely need to upgrade my cheap flat Sterilite containers, they are bound to break one of these day.

I wish I'd realised the Campfire frypan handles were removable before I'd bought my current frypan, that's a super useful feature for saving space when storing the pans. So many other pots/pans with removable handles are cheap fiddly junk, I just need something that I can take off while it's sitting in my drawers.
