Nothing like working in the woods this time of year.Headed into ours this weekend ,changing drops and spouts .
having the tubing system ready before needing snow shoes is a good feeling
Man, the season is coming fast! It's good tonhear your Christmas sales are doing well. Merry Christmas.
We somehow make it every year but it is a stressfully time of year trying to make all the last minute preparations. Merry Christmas to you
Do you have video of hooking up the bubbler?
No not yet. I got it all hooked up and I will just do an over view of the plumbing and electrical. It was a long day and filming was not in the cards
Did you find a difference in the amount of sap from the 3/16ths sap ladder verse the old style?
I don't really have a good way to compare them I think that the 3/16 thaws out a little quicker and requires a little less air to make it work though.
In the future you may wanna think about doubling up your gripples. Cheap added insurance in case something comes down on your wire and pipe.
Good idea
I am switching from gripples, to fastlok. Gripples create a pinch point on the wire and will fail.
I fell that there really isn't any great solution
What is a fast lock
@@francishensel6910 almost the same thing as a gripple, but the clamping mechanism is much better. The gripple has a round cam shaped mechanism where as the fastlok is a longer flat style.
@@dunnfamilymaple try the fastloks. So far they seem superior to gripples.
always intereasting to have blood coming out of your body and not know where it`s coming from!!!!
Yep
lol the cut on your finger you might have to amputate 😂
It was a close one
How many taps per each leg in your 3/16th ladder?
I tried to be around the 5-6 if I remember right. I heard that you can keep the 10 per leg like 5/16 though
