Thank you for your comment and for watching the video. I love Freda too. She is so nice. I can see this is how she was when she was the fan club secretary. I appreciate your involvement in our channel.
I am glad you liked it. These people are invaluable. I did record the whole zoom call with Peter Jackson and Michael Lindsey Hogg but I have to find out if it is legal to post it or not. Over an hour. A fantastic conversation between the two.
Yes, Peter asked Michael about it. So far there is no interest from Disney so there is nothing Michael knows at this point. Peter remarked that Disney should be bullied into producing it Peter said that’s what he did with getting Get Back out
I have to find out if I am allowed legally to post the zoom of Peter Jackson and Michael Lindsey Hogg that I recorded. If anyone knows this that might help one way or another.
@@Imaginenumber9 thank you for information re lib, it's odd that Disney would have a say in releasing, since Apple owns lib, yet they would have to find a dvd/bluray distributor. Perhaps when the disney streaming deal ends.
Oh this is a priceless interview with Freda. Have already watched twice. What great stories she has. Wow, can’t wait for the movie on Brian to come out. What a nice lady. I need to get out her DVD and watch again. It must have been such a thrill for you to hear it all in person. I could have watched hours of this. Terrific, thanks so much for getting the entire interview. Take care.
Somehow I knew you would appreciate it. I should have given het money to buy herself dinner. She deserves it. Next time if there is one I will. These people are so invaluable. I did record the whole zoom exchange with Peter Jackson and Michael Lindsey Hogg. Peter Jackson is very inquisitive. He wants to know everything like we fans do. I don’t know if I can legally show it or not. I may try to reach out to you tubers who would know. You want to find the movie Pre Fab. They showed it but apparently it came out in 2023. I think it can be streamed somewhere. It is about the Quarrymen. Chris had a movie made about her and her recollections which we saw maybe half of. That is supposedly coming out in September. I do. need your email somehow so we can connect and I can send those little things to you. I don’t know how to do it in a more private way. Maybe some kind of smoke signals?
@@Imaginenumber9 Hi Patrica, it may have deleted my message not sure. I don’t see it anymore. It may not like that I gave you an email to Frank. hi pat your first gen beatle fan from london love the video looks like your having a lot of fun .I have a letter from ray coleman about the book about brian which freda is talking about
I have those Brian volumes. They go way back. He was a very respected author. I can’t tell you how happy to know that someone from London visited this channel. I do love London. Especially a first generation fan. I know you will have so many great stories which I would love to read about. Especially “Swinging London”Thank you so much for being part of this channel. I hope to hear from you again.
Absolutely she is. Unfortunately she is too loyal to tell the better stories. I left the fest thinking I should have given her something back. If I get another chance I definitely will.
@@Imaginenumber9 a lot of people have Beatles stories that are insignificant and will tell it to sell a book.. Freda is someone who has a genuine story to tell and wasn’t selling her soul to do so at the first opportunity
I try not to find any detail insignificant as that is all we have to get to know. I do agree though some have way more to say than others do and maybe some took advantage but anything is better knowing than not knowing. Freda is in a class by herself.
I like that Frieda told off John Lennon when he tried to be sarcastic, in 1967, & when she put him straight he was quick to apologize. A good-hearted tells-you-straight Scouse woman with rare integrity. (Everyone types Freda & she is fine with that after all these years, but her name is spelt Frieda, said with a silent 'i'.)
Yes, she is one of a kind. She did get job perfectly having the fans in mind. The loyalty in not telling g what she knows has been there from day one. You know, when I met her and had her autograph several items she signs “ Freda”. My thumb nail on one of the Fest videos shows what I mean. I thank you for commenting, watching and I hope you continue to do so. We need everybody’s input.
@@Imaginenumber9 Since the recording was made from the audience it was a little hard to concentrate on what she was saying with all of the talking going on. It’s the same way with concert recordings. When I attended events such as these I want to catch every nuance of what is happening on stage. In the old days, especially in Europe the audience was usually dead quiet during performances and giving their utmost attention. I got that quote from a T shirt which read “I’m sorry but is my Music interrupting your conversation”? Maybe I’m old fashioned but I do like to absorb everything on stage and get my absolute moneys worth.
