Personally, this is so much easier on Megamix, due to the lack of having to flick e v e r y time.
Us people who realise flicking doesn’t need as much power as you think do not have such weaknesses such as complaining over carpal tunnel

I like how they based the title card off of the original Japanese title card in RTG. They should've done that for Rhythm Rally, but no, a new title card, of course

If you hold down the L and R buttons while starting the epilogue slideshow, you can play along as the drummer. Now we just need shuffle play for Megamix.

I hate the placing of the skill star in this minigame. Why put it in the slowest and therefore easiest one to get perfect? It would've been much harder to get the skill star on one of the faster ones. Like, maybe the extremely fast one with the red background?
My opinion : They put the Skill Star on the slowest part because on the fastest parts, you are easily too soon or too late. And if that happens during the apparition of the Skill Star, it disappears before you can try to get it. It would have been so damn hard to get it I guess.
The entire point of a Skill Star is to show skill by getting a specific cue with perfect timing. Putting the Skill Star in a slow spot makes it easy to get it, hence little skill needed. However, putting it in a fast or hard spot makes it much harder to get, hence more skill needed. For example, take The Snappy Trio. Instead of putting it in one of the rare slow spots that don't require much timing to get the skill star, they put it in the fastest possible cue, meaning it takes expert timing to get perfect, thus a lot of skill needed. I hate when the skill star is in a place where it doesn't feel like much skill is needed. It makes it feel like the game was programmed in and they forgot about it so they just put it in a random spot.
I agree but for The Snappy Trio, there are only one fast cue to achieve, so it makes sense. For Big Rock Finish, on fastest part there are many cues to achieve right before. But yeah, they could have put the Skill Star on another part. Maybe they thought that the slowest part could have been hard for some people...
Once again, the purpose of the skill star is to show *skill.* Putting a skill star where there are multiple cues in rapid succession makes it hard to get, thus meaning a lot of skill is needed. Putting a skill star where the cues are separated by half a second makes it much easier to get the skill star, which means there's not too much actual *skill* needed to get the *skill* star.
Yo I understand dude. But making the Skill Star hard to get only because you have to achieve all audio cues before isn't maybe what the creators wanted to do. They maybe wanted the Skill Star to be hard just because you have to do a near-Ace. But yeah, the Skill Star would have been harder (or just hard ahah) in this case, as hard as getting a decent score on this minigame. ^^

God you’re good, I fucking hate this game, this is and the final mix are the last 2 perfects I need, and I wanna do the final mix last. Every time I get like halfway through and then I fuck up.
@@thebrightstartt9294 The Final Mix took me absolutely forever, it just keeps going. I mainly kept messing up on the part where you catch the hand, and once I got past that I was finally able to beat it. Good luck, I'm sure you'll get it 👍

It is actually completely random in both games (except the first and last ones), if you play this a few times you will notice that.

My Review:
I never liked this one too much. Not exactly thrilled to see it make a return, I think Rockers would have been more fun. The drum set now sits on top of the spoon, it feels like they didn't even try and make it look good or anything. They just threw it in there.
