Remix 7 DS (Big Rock Finish A extended) in minor key: • Remix 7 DS but it's in...

Corrections:
Big Rock Finish B is in B major (G# minor)
Big Rock Finish G is in E major (C# minor)
Big Rock Finish H's modulation is A minor to C major (relative key vice versa)
Y’know somebody here could be hearing these for the first time
me
its me
me
Me.
You poor souls
Big rock finish E sounds weirdly happy.
'cause it's in E major instead of C# minor
the simple argument is because major key is happy (usually)
Big rock finish A - hard and depressing
Big rock finish B - slightly flat and cursed
Big rock finish C - more cartoonish
Big rock finish D - cool and metalic
Big rock finish E - sad and happy at the same time
Big rock finish F - a dramatic plot twist
Big rock finish G - smooth bar music
Big rock finish H - something very cursed
G sounds like something out of an action horror movie.
Big Rock Finish Goth Edition.
*Puberty edition
@@IdaeChop It's impossible.
I want to hear remix 7 in A's style now honestly
I already made a video on Remix 7 DS. it's in the description.
Oh, I didn't notice at the time
A: Sounds cool
B: eh good enough
C: Really cool
D: meh
E: Sounds weird but good
F: Probably the best out of all of these
G: Cool
H: the weirdest out of these
Big rock finish H sounds extremely weird
BRF F: satan’s theme song
_I believe in minor key supremacy._
Yes.
yea boi
Factual.
Unless its A, i personally prefer A Major over A Minor
It's kinda insane how much the key frame can change a song
I watch big rock finishes for the video and if the have the "thenkyu"s, that's an added bonus. That being said, these are really neat and sound cool
the H loosk so depressing
Thank you.
Dankyu.
C went hard af
Ah, now here is a turn I didnt expect, the big rock finish is finally making new renditions of their classics! A new take on these fan favorites could possibly introduce a whole new audience with the coming generation, allowing them to keep producing!
Just what we need!!
I DON'T KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS
hehe, just the songs are in sad/serious vibes
Same here
he's basically changing the key of the song to one that has the same notes, but changing the whole emotion of the song
evil big rock finish be like small boulder beginning
This could totally just be Big Rock Finish 2 and I wouldn't even question it
i unironically like d more than the original, it translated very smoothly
*T h a n k y o u !*
*thank you*
Thank you
If BRF 2 ever existed i would love for it to be like this
0:19 The key for B is B, not F#.
1:15 The key for G is E, you used F's keys.
Alright, thanks for the correction
Giant steps but its big rock finish H
rip big rock finish H
Big Rock Finish H what did they do to you
My ears did not vibe with the last one dear god
Mine did. I've listened to much weirder stuff than that!
look how they masacred H
Bro did a playthrough of BRF going in alphabetical order
Sounds... really good!
As someone who plays piano, this is a very confusing conundrum for me to comprehend. But this is cool nonetheless!
BRF A sounds awesome bruh
thank you!
0:54
Key: C#m
My mind: 🕳
Evil Big Rock Finish be like:
I like how BRF A is in A
do big rock finish but a is in Am, b is in Bm, and so on, except for H
BRF H sounds weirdly incorrect since it's used in Remix 10 and they sound very different
Oh! Idea! Put the Big Rock Finishes in the key of their label - A is in A, B is in B, etc. H might have to loop back to A
I'll put B instead since H is just B note in German lol
0:31 I like BRFC being in D♭, but let’s take in the fact that it is almost 300 BPM
BRF H sounds the wierdest
And BRF C sounds the most like the original (Probably cuz its fast)
My Faveriote Is E cause it changed to e major
thats me
made brf c happy brf d wierd and all others sad or more rocklike
G major
What’s weird is that the big rock finish songs are not in alphabetical order.
Update: idk what I was even saying saying here
too bad theres no H key
@@fuitbythefoot in Germany there is.
@@fuitbythefoot U don't see people grading papers with E's
How did you rip the song through VGMTrans? Also what does ripping mean? I'm trying to compose a sorta-extended version of Big Rock Finish H to go along with Remix 7 instead of BRF A and I want to make sure I have the same instruments as the original. (I already have an RHDS soundfont and a composer)
Ripping, as in, copying materials from a CD to a computer hard drive.
It's been so long since I made this vid, so I sorta forgot some of the stuff on how I did it.
You gotta provide the NDS rom to VGMTrans, and then find and extract the Big Rock Finish MIDIs and .dls files (dedicated soundbanks for the MIDI files)
To open the MIDI files, import it to FL Studio and then use the .dls file (that was dedicated for that MIDI file) using the Fruity LSD plugin.
@@VarxenCore9 Okay, I think I got it from there. Thank you so much!
E F and H
Yikes
now make it in the parallel major/minor
Is It just me that kinda likes how BRF H sounds?
I like it too
A: Cool
B: Cool but weird
C: The Best
D: Weird...
E: Kinda good...
F: The second best
G: Good, but the end is weird
H: Crap 💩
Interesting.
These all sound so depressive
Correct me if I'm wrong but at 0:54 I think it should be a B instead of a B flat. It bothers me a bit. NVM about the second thing I said I didn't realize what you meant by "relative"
What B or B-flat you were talking about? You just timestamped BRF E and I didn't get what you were saying.
@@VarxenCore9 The exact note at the timestamp sounds off key to me since I was expecting a note one semitone up, since E major doesn't have bflat. I think it would sound nicer like that
@@SuperSomieStuff Oh now I get what you mean
Yeah, I forgot about that note being not in the scale, no wonder it sounded weird
Did you modify the actuall sequence files from the game rom to do this or did you use something like melodine? I'm curious because this could have worked regardless of what way you got these to be in there relative keys.
Yeah, I got it from the game's nds file. Since the Big Rock Finish bgms were in MID. format, I can change what's in it.
I used FL Studio for transposing (it says in the description)
Damn Big Tock finish is mid :(
@@plaguedoctor3 The game doesn't actually use midi. Generally, video games for the DS that have sequenced music use something very similer to midi that can be converted and saved on a computer with the right tools.
what's the music called at the end of the video that plays at 1:43? I've been looking around forever for it but I still don't have the name
wait nvm i just looked through the comments and figured the name, it's called radio martini by kevin ehh whatever his last name was
@@name6953Thanks! I was going to ask for the name of it! It's a cursed song, though. It's a long story.
BRF H IS *RUINED* NOOO
what's with that pfp 😳
Is this BRF but low pitched?
some of it are high pitched, so it's likely not
@@VarxenCore9 oh.
what is the song used in the outro?
Radio Martini - Kevin MacLeod
@@VarxenCore9 thank you
Now do the parallel major and minor keys
I'm pretty sure that'd be far worse
WHAT IS YOUR OUTRO THEME
radio martini - kevin macleod
Ah, thanks
They could sound worse.
only 1-2 sound bad
In my opinion F is the worst sounding one
you ruined every single one
