The first part of this horizon series is pretty garbage. I can't believe he destroyed the Yellowstone series for that garbage.

Kevin Costner, you have to know how much this fan appreciates all that you do. You are such a wonderful man, to love The American History as much as you do! You have made me go back and remember things about this great country of ours I had forgotten, maybe even taken for granted! When one of my family members and I would be driving through some of hilly parts of this country, I would be reminded of how hard it was for those who came first and made our roads. We always talked about how hard it was for the women of this country to do what they did. How did they do it! I remember washboards and wringer washers, but I’m afraid I could have never made it as an Early American! I don’t come from money at all, but I have come to the conclusion, after seeing Horizon, I am very spoiled, I am a sissy in so many ways, but yet I’m tough as they come in this day and age! But you sir, have really opened my eyes! THANK YOU FOR HORIZON, AND ALL THAT YOU DO…

3:20 Agree with Kevin 100 percent! Big fan. Have always been. So glad he articulated here what I have always felt about my movie experience, but could never put in words. This is exactly why I watch movies. When I lose myself in a scene, that is good cinema for me. Being taken on a 'ride' filled with so many emotions! Hat's off to you Kevin for putting so much into creating this experience for us fans of Westerns.

It sounds a lot like the mini series from 2005 called Into the West. Looking forward to checking his movie out.

Into the West was a fantastic mini series with a great plot and great writing. Horizon was random meandering garbage.

I got scammed by someone who pretended to be Kevin Costner, I kept receipts and gift card numbers, I am gonna give them to the authorities in order to track down the culprit, it cost me an awful lot of money and when my family found out they confiscated my bank card so I cannot use it myself
