The question and answer for "Do you have relatives in the US?" is an interesting one.
In the US point of view, are they defining family only as IMMEDIATE family - mother, father, brother, sisters? In the video, she says 'maternal uncle," and the consular official comments that he hasn't heard how a maternal uncle can help or hurt. This is a clear difference in US/Indian culture. In India, a maternal uncle can be a big influence on someone. The cultural reference point is different.
So, if someone is asked 'Do you have relatives in the US?" how should one answer that? Which relatives NEED to be referred to in the answer? Thanks.

Jennifer Kumar This is very interesting...but when someone coming to US should answer the questions according to their definition. You have very short time to represent yourself , so be specific.

Hello! I would like to ask, what is the appropriate US authority or department to ask about who are the legal or registered recruitment agencies?
Here the my case, I am applying for a J1 Visa, i am applying for traineeship or internship in the US, but i would like to know if the agency that is helping me find a company/hotel/restaurant to have my training or internship with is legal or is not a scam or fraud.
Any help is appreciated, thank you very much

Why a lot of Americans have no jobs but the US government still keeps issuing H1B Visas? I do not get it. I met many Indian technical guys but I do not think those people's skills are really required in here. Something is wrong here, we need to pay attention to it. Those fortune 500s are likely abusing/manipulating H1B Policy. Please fix it. Seriously.

Is it really such a big success? They make it such a big deal to just go there for your studies or as a tourist. They took the land that didn't belong to them, brought all kind of people from multiple nationalities and since one moment decided that they'll make it ultra hard to migrate to their place. They say that "USA is a land of opportunity" on their immigration website. I ask... why only few chosen are supposed to experience this as a fact? Why I'm not eligible to actually live in a calm place, in a nice house, use the opportunities to build a family and provide everything to my kids and wife? Why somebody thinks he can own a part of land that doesn't belong to him anyways? I am interested in staying there permanently, not temporarily. I don't give a damn about whole thing but nature the most. Why I'm never about to experience Hawaii or Oregon just because some greedy idiot with tight mindset has put some rules on who can and cannot live there?

Because if you come here on a tourist visa and then abscond then there are all kinds of problems with that. Who are you that do not know your history? There are alot of cultures in the world that have taken land through war, for your information, this lands forefathers immigrated here as well, yes there were wars here with this countrys natives and the people, but what it comes down to is the will to love, to expand, its simple as that.
