    My shoulders get destroyed when I do front squats, even though I love doing them and they're better for me than regular ones. Any... ideas on how to make it easier? I get to 70kg and that's it - my legs got it, but my shoulders say "fuck this".

      WhaddupImJohn Nah man, I can hold it in any way, arms crossed or not, it just hurts on my shoulders to carry the weight, I get bruises. I guess it's the true meaning of the "no pain no gain".

      Weird I front squat 185 and never have any pain on my shoulders or wrists. Try keeping your elbows as high as possible so the weight is pushed against your upper chest instead of your delts.

      Well a sticking point can vary from person to person but for most people the sticking point on squat is right around when your quads are parallel to ground on the way up, a lot of people tend to get stuck there

    Hi bradley, I ordered the “everyday is arm day tee” 2-3 week ago and this week I received a package with the blue “practice safe sets tee”, in the package it even has a receipt for the tee I ordered. I live in the UK so I had to pay import tax of £16+. Obviously I want to exchange it but don’t want to pay the tax two more times, in the UK the law is if you get sent the wrong item the company has to pay for all the shipping to get back to them and then back to the customer. I’ve also emailed the email listed on the website but there is no reply. Is there any way you can help?.

      +Kung Skaf If the pain is related to lack of ankle mobility (heels coming off the ground/weight shifting excessively on toes) then yes they would definitely help with the issue. If the issue is caused by tight hips, they aren't going to make much difference.
