Weird I front squat 185 and never have any pain on my shoulders or wrists. Try keeping your elbows as high as possible so the weight is pushed against your upper chest instead of your delts.

+Kung Skaf If the pain is related to lack of ankle mobility (heels coming off the ground/weight shifting excessively on toes) then yes they would definitely help with the issue. If the issue is caused by tight hips, they aren't going to make much difference.
