    Damn Stephan, totally killed it with the reference to yoga, that's exactly what happens when in that position during yoga. You work so well with everyone, thanks for everything.

    This is perfect, but what stretches or exercise can I do to get flexible enough to get my feet behind my head like you did?

    Way to burry the lead here! The whole time I was thinking "but will it be enough?!" to do the thing mentioned right at the end and then finally he says yes... probably... practice here we _come_ ;)

    This wasn’t an instruction as much as it was a demonstration. I need details!

    • @VengaAqui
      @VengaAqui 3 роки тому

      All the details you need are in this video, perhaps you should replay it a few times. Or rather, watch the other one where only his guest is explaining the same drill, seems like they filmed it on the same day but what do I know. Stephan knows what he is doing, especially when it comes to details. He even brought up yoga as reference to give you a further understanding of how important it is to have the fundamentals down because you can get hurt or even put yourself in a vulnerable position which is part of what he is teaching you to avoid. If that's not extensive information, then I don't know what is. Watch the video again, then get on the mat and drill it. You can practice on your own when your rolling buddies aren't available, how beautiful is that. You'll get it eventually.
