HK4 HERO Call initially connects with phone then disconnects do you know to fix this

Hi.
You can go to your smartphone Bluetooth settings and touch on forget divice.
Than pair it again.
The Bluetooth on watch will go off automatically after some minutes and suppose to turn on by itself when you recieve a call or when you go to the music player.

Many thanks is there a Bluetooth settings on the watch itself I’ve tried this only connects for a few seconds then disconnects
