Amazing, very clear! Id like to see in more detail the breathing, maybe if he did it shirtless. Does his abdomen expand or contract when exhaling?

Buenas noches. Llevo tiempo intentando entender el propósito de este tipo de respiración. He leído que fortalece las vías respiratorias y el Ki pero, lo siento, no entiendo cómo, perdonen mi torpeza. ¿Alguien podría informarme con más detalle y datos más o menos científicos, o donde podría leer acerca de los efectos de esta respiración? Muchas gracias de antemano.

I saw in a video Yagi Meitatsu Sensei talking about the proper way of doing sanchin kata to improve health, I remember he said something about 3 ways of doing the kata but I cant remember what he said, can anyone help me? :\

Not all Karate schools practice Sanchin, if his school is not of the Naha-Te styles; Goju Ryu, Uechi Ryu, Isshin Ryu, or Kyokushin to name a few, they won't practice Sanchin.
