Welcome to my first vlog back at design school for the new semester as a Product Design student. A lot has happened recently, and I've got so much work ahead of me! I got a new job, studio classes, and now on the hunt for fall internships, it's going to be a busy semester but I will be ok as long as I have matcha.

I'd like to know, how do your friends react when you film yourself in school? Do they know you have a UA-cam channel? I'd like to try doing videos about what 3D animation school is like, that's why I ask haha

⁠​⁠​⁠​⁠​⁠​⁠​⁠​⁠@@benowahi! my friends are cool with it and I try not to vlog in front of them most of the time just because we are all quite introverted haha. And they do know I have a UA-cam channel, even one of my instructors watch my videos 😂. But when I first started and filmed something in front of them, I would always let them know that this is for my UA-cam and make sure everyone is comfortable being in the shot. For your video idea, I think you can let your friends know your intention and make it casual. Be smart with the camera placement could help a lot if they are shy in front of the camera.

Hey Francis, as an editor myself who's also introvert, I love watching your solo vlogs in Japan. I too, have been traveling sometimes to Japan alone but definitely not lonely. And it is the best feeling there is! I love your editing as well, the color grading and the cinematic touches is really nice! I hope you do get to travel again in Japan as there are still a lot of countryside places that you haven't been that is so worth visiting.

Thank you! I had a great experience in Japan and I will definitely go back sometime. I think traveling alone is a great way to learn about ourselves and think about nothing and everything at the same time.
