It's also a stroke of genius on your part - the music changes when the exercise changes, so I know when to look up for the next visual cue for the next exercise, that's so helpful!! I just think you are adorable!! I will be doing this workout often. I need to strengthen my back muscles. You are 100% correct about stretching after a workout. It really reduces the possibility of tightness or even spasms.
I'm a bit confused? I've always seen back crunches as a lower back workout in videos? Since here it is better not to strain it, what exercises are there that can focus on strengthening the lower back?
