I suffered from OCD for over 25 years and it was all about thinking thoughts I really didn't want to think, and afterwards think the opposite. As an 11 year old kid I understood what Lester is talking about, because I remember me starting doing this after realizing my thoughts actually became reality/matter.
Something that happened to me made me look up this idea of things coming to be that you only imagined. It's happened quite a bit but this one thing is quite specific in its unusualness. About 15 years or so ago I attempted to write a novel. In it their are two young friends who have these toys called pathfinders. They're basically discs that have a groove around the edge, and in this groove, a steel ball is trapped though free to roll around. They come in pairs, and the idea was that within the steel ball a particle is trapped, and this pair of particles are attracted to each other by a magnetic force, though it doesn't diminish with distance. So if you put them side by side, the one on the left would have its ball at 3 o'clock, and the one on the right would be at 9 (as close as they could get to each other. This attractive force doesn't diminish with distance, so the two friends can know which direction the other is in at any time, and find each other. Like a compass that told you which direction the other pathfinder was. So nothing like that I know of existed in the real world, but about 10 years later after I'd lost my sight I bought a tactile watch called a Bradley made by Eone. It was essentially a pair of steel balls trapped inside tracks that ran around the edge of the watch face that were free to roll around but locked onto a magnet that acted as the hands. The idea being you could feel for the balls and move them accidentally, but you couldn't move the hands themselves and change the time by mistake. It occurred to me much later that this watch was very similar to how I'd pictured the pathfinders. Both involved a steel ball rolling around the edge of a disc inside a track, and there was a magnetic force at work determining their position.
Just check every thought or feeling, am i this thought or feeling? And or just pose the question who am I? And release whatever arises with the basic sedona method.
I have about 10 hours of Lesters recording but they are bad quality accept for one. Its sad what a money maker Sedona has become. LOL guess I should release on that. Thanks for posting that.

"Any thought not reversed or neutralized will materialize in the future". This is a great recipe for severe OCD, and destroying ones life. I know because I was there. Although it is true what Lester has said, the way out of this isn't to neutralize or re-do thoughts, it's to become aware of underlying feelings, specifically sensations in the body, and be there with them. Of course, this is Lester's method and the one the one he used to become free, but I just thought I'd share the potential dangers of that one line, out of context.
Yeah, him and every teacher love to contradict themselves. It seems like thinking alone won't do anything when you're trying to get something to get rid of a negative belief. I've spent thousands of hours trying to make stuff happen and it never did - the negative beliefs creep up when I finally stop doing that.
Jose Silva of The Silva Mind C*ntrol Method also taught people to reverse or cancel out a manifestation, by saying, “Cancel. Cancel. Cancel.” - Helene Hadsell, famous student who won every contest she entered after using his methods. Nothing was ever mentioned about OCD. He was trying to help his children & Loredo, TX children to study & he found by his methods, his own children were answering his questions before he asked them!
What does he mean when he says, “How do U demonstrate wisdom or spirituality, same way, keep your mind on it only and say ‘I Am That I Am’ and hold it...But if you’re smart you’ll first seek the Kingdom of God, and then all the other things we talk about will fall in.” How do you seek it?

Rob self-invest, it is probably just your conditioned mind and self doubt which is feeling/thinking this is not exactly true. However, it could be your intuition directing to a Teacher or someone else who is more beneficial to you at this time. When one is “released” ... whatever method is used to get to this Natural state of Beingness, then a concentrated thought placed there with no opposing thoughts, and that thought is released, then the object or things necessary to bring whatever-it-is into the individual’s life will appear. If the person is wanting something which is out of alignment with one’s Self/Higher Self/God, then it will not manifest, or will manifest with unintended consequences, that is why it is often good to say, Thy Will Be Done. And a person has to have the perception to receive it, whatever-it-is. It may not show up exactly as expected, or require receiving and acting upon several steps to get to the thing desired. If we/the person is absolutely clear on what is wanted, it will show up. Often we lack Clarity.
@@PureBelovedParsley you could be right. However having done about 20 courses and maybe an additional 200 hours releasing so far, I've come to accept sometimes there are limitations for certain tools. Though I consider releasing probably to be one of the best tools someone could learn.
