  • Welcome back to the Jack Canfield Podcast! In today’s episode, I’m talking with Hale Dwoskin, a leading personal development expert, author, and teacher best known for his work with the Sedona Method. Hale has dedicated his life to helping individuals achieve greater inner peace, well-being, and success by teaching them to release and let go of their emotional baggage and limiting beliefs.

A true devotee to the path and a seeker before all else, Hale shares his profound insight as an international speaker and featured faculty member at Esalen and the Omega Institute. With his infectious laugh and expansive wisdom, he shares a message of liberation and discovery of peace beyond words yet perfectly attainable.

I got a Dave Aspray add in the middle of this. From the looks of guys in their 70 vs Dave I guessing the Sedona method will do more for my anti aging than bio hacking will.
    Now to practice it everyday.

Could someone conjure an example and how to do the Sedona method on it ? I had 2 but wasn’t able to imagine ?
I pictured my disaster/messy garage and my need to organize
I wanted to stop my snacking outside of my meals 🤷🏻‍♀️?

I have songs play over and over. They are songs I would not pick for a song to remember. One song is from the 50s. I don’t care for the songs from that era. I wad born in 58. My choice of music is from the 60s and 70s. This song is Iddie Biddie Pretty One. It finally occurred to me that Spirit was saying this song was a song to me from him. I decided to look up when it debuted. It was the year and month that I was conceived. 🥹
