  • This is a tutorial for Ableton Live 11. It is presented by Lorne Bregitzer, an Associate Professor for the University of Colorado Denver and an Ableton Certified Trainer.
This is designed for musicians just starting with Ableton Live. It is created to get people up and running and making music as quickly as possible. This is an alternative to books that are poorly written or do not present a logical workflow.
In this video, we tour all of the audio effects devices that you can use to process your sound. Audio tips are given for these effects to help you use them effectively. These effects include: Beat Repeat, Delay, Echo, Filter Delay, Grain Delay, Looper, Spectral Time, Amp, Cabinet, Drum Buss, Dynamic Tube, Erosion, Overdrive, Pedal, Redux, Saturator, Vinyl Distortion, Compressor, Gate, Glue Compressor, Limiter, Multiband Dynamics, OTT, Auto Filter, Channel EQ, EQ Eight, EQ Three, Auto Pan, Chorus-Ensemble, Frequency Shifter, Phaser-Flanger, Corpus, Hybrid Reverb, Resonators, Reverb, Spectral Resonator, Vocoder, Spectrum, Tuner, and Utility.
These videos include a Tour of Ableton Live, Clips & Scenes and many other topics. This series is free and developed to supplement my university electronic music courses.
