New video for an older song; this was the first of what became the Sabaton theme and sound. Jokim and Par had written a song they felt was too epic for the normal metal lyrics they wrote and wanted a subject that was equally as epic and decided to make the song about the invasion of Normandy. After doing the research for the song, they decided they liked the meaning that the subject added to the song and the rest, as they say, is history. great reaction, stay safe, God Bless, keep rocking.
@@frank1963Sounds like fun. I am not a very good sailor on the open sea sadly. Will you go to the Sabaton cruise in December? Thought about it but my passport is expired and who would look after fergus.
Primo Victoria, which is Latin for Victory First, (song and debut album) was released in 2005, and re-released some years later. A fan favorite, this song makes up part of the final 3 songs at each Sabaton concert! Resurrection Fest 22 is a *fantastic show!!* and can be found on YT with really good audio/video! And, for each Sabaton song, regardless of the type of video...read the description b4 you watch the video so you understand the story they are telling!
Yep, as others have said, this appeare to be a new lyric video for their debut song from 2005. But it sounds like a newly remixed version as there's some sounds in the opening riffs that I don't recall being in there. Their debut album, "Primo Victoria" came out in 2005, but wasn't the first album they recorded. The first album was called Metalized and was eventually released as their 3rd album. The thing with Metalizer is that it was recorded before the band knew what their schtick would be. Historical events and stuff, right? So it's just a collection of songs about random "Metal" topics. I think there's a couple military related songs on it, but not like Primo Victoria, and its follow-up "Altero Dominatus" was. If one is collecting Sabaton's discography, Metalizer is really only for completists. Now then, you fine folks really need to get yourselves a new web cam or whatever you're using here. Or figure out how to adjust the resolution of it. Your live action footage is looking to be around 240p.
I couldn't imagine living in a place where the temperature gets to 115F / 46C as you said. Here in Finland, I'd begin to suffer during the summers if I didn't have my portable air conditioning running when the outside temp rises any higher than 70F / 21C. And when the temperature hits 80F / 27C, it almost begins to feel like mild torture. On the other hand, 14F (-10C) is just a normal and pleasantly chill winter day for me.
@@frank1963 Yeah last night my Facebook login was hacked and I had to make a completely new account and start all over again. Pissed me off to no end. So I declared war on scammers and am making it my personal duty to exposing them, tracking them, and telling law enforcement all about them so they can be brought to justice like the low down, double dealing, back stabbing, larsenist, perverted worms that they are.
I would very much like to send you down another rabbit hole, namely that of comedy/parody metal. Please check out Nanowar of Steel, Pasadena 1994. It features Joakim from Sabaton and if you enjoy this, you might want to have a go at Valhallelujah and Norwegian Reggaeton. And there is SO MUCH MORE.

Good to see you. If you're doing more Sabaton reactions, I recommend "Soldier of 3 Armies" official lyric video.
