Hi Danny! Great video! I was just wondering if you have any recommendations as to which Wheel to get between the Fanatec Clubsport F1 Esports wheel, and the McLaren GT3 V2 wheel.
The Mclaren GT3 wheel is the better wheel if you ask me - I have a brand new one received just last week and they seem to have made the shifting feel much better and quieter, too. With the dual clutch paddles it's a very versatile thing and is the 'correct' size in my opinion. Do get the full QR1, though!
Yes - if I'd paid for it then I would be happy with what I got. Sorry I missed it, I normally include a judgement like that in my videos but for some reason completely overlooked it. I know it's going to come across as biased if I am sent something and then like the product, and I don't blame you for thinking it - that's something every reviewer has to just accept sometimes (it's actually quite annoying when there isn't much to criticise - how do you go about summing things up without looking like you're just selling) but take a look at my FSR review and you'll see that I don't hold back if something has a genuine weakness that people need to know. This shifter is just a nice unit with nothing really wrong with it and a good price, so for me it's a good'un.
Thanks for the review
I know I'm late, but I love the review. Just got mine! Cheers!
a sequential mode is always a compromise. the real problem is lack of a side mount option like on the fanatek shifter

Can this be used as a sequential shifter?
No, it's not designed to be, though I have seen someone do a DIY solution for that
@@dannyleeracing thanks for the quick reply bud.
Regretting buying the thrustmaster shifter after seeing this lol
I've never owned the TS shifter, but if you're on PC then yeah, I think this has it beat by the looks of them
feels biased. like "would you pay for it after having got it for free"? this is the only answer that matters.
