Buying within a range (your second trade) is one of my latest best learnings and rule saying: never do this! Buy/Sell from top or bottom is the way. Here I see the emotional aspect of overconfidence and forgetting the rules. Hopefully will never do this (too much). :) nice video. TY Umar.

To my understanding this just proves how much we need an edged as an investors because playing the market like everyone else just isn’t good enough. People believe their currency has the worth it does because they have no other option. Even in a hyper-inflationary environment, individuals must continue to use their hyperinflationary currency since they likely have minimal access to other currencies or gold/silver coins.
Inflation is gradually going to become part of us and due to that fact any money you keep in cash or in a low-interest account declines in value each year. Investing is the only way to make your money grow and unless you have an exceptionally high income, investing is the only way most people will ever have enough money to retire.

Great stuff. You touched on it, however, we might be able to agree, you were entering in the demand zone because you were elated, euphoria took a chunk back from you of what you made, correct? Nice to see your open approach, very good.
Question about your options SL. When you set a stop loss and use that tic define risk isn’t that flawed?
If the mkt goes against you whose going to buy that option off you to fill your SL? Stocks are one thing. Options SL don’t work. Or you get stopped out too often.

That’s crazyyy bruh that same trade you lost on I took the same exact one same out come !!! My journal may be paper but it sure as hell has a lot of good points you touched there an a lot more from taking some more notes on that one.

On Twitter he’s said he doesn’t prefer SPX bc the spreads throw him off his game and he’s (for better or worse) more comfortable with SPY and as a discretionary trader comfort is important for him

Can I ask why you don’t trade SPX to cut down on commissions, I mean I know that 700 bucks isn’t much compared to50k but seems like it would cut the commissions by 10x ish correct?
What brooker do you use?For some reason i can't get options on certain brooker's so i have to trade on robinhood,they don't have same day but friday sometimes and expensive,No stop loss,i might have to lie about something and apply to trade some wehere good.I wonder what it is,money i make at this time,been trading a few year's and do good and believe i will fully get this,i just need to be able to trade right so bad,any advice??

Umar I get your logic about scaling out, but in an ideal world Its best to let the chart tell you what to do. There wasn't even one green 5 min candle when you scaled out.
