Song after song on this album, they managed to capture that rare sort of authenticity and ingenuity I've only ever heard from the legendary Beatles themselves. I'm not even a hardcore Weezer fan (subject to change after hearing this and the White Album), so this speaks VOLUMES.
@@DrFumesta Eh, the reference is a little whack but his point stands true. This is a great album due to the raw personal depth given in this album. This is far from being as impactful as the Beatles, at least to the public audience. But that doesn't take away from the album itself. Sorry for the necro.
@MrWoohoo1995 Well, it was recorded during both during the Blue Album and Pinkerton sessions. The Pinkerton recording of this song was going to be released on the Pink Triangle single that never was released. I say expect the Pinkerton version of this song on Pinkerton Deluxe, along with other Pinkerton session songs that weren't released...
I don't know why but everytime I hear this song and Tragic Girl specially the version from Pinkerton Deluxe I think that i already heard this song when i was a very little boy.... This song it's so awesome. :D
rough take,it was supposed to be for their album "songs from the black hole" but that was scrapped and pinkerton was made. since there was no proper recording of the song,it was an extra song on pinkerton \
Crazy how good Weezers song writing was back then as compared with today. Even their B-sides are killer songs.
Damn that's some Doom levels of distortion. Never expected it from Weezer.
Phat neck pickup tone
There's something so hypnotic about this song.
So simple but so good. This should have been put on pinkerton like it is. Mistakes and all.
Why do you hate Pinkerton……… bitch
@@jubbajubbajubba What? Noboby said that they hate Pinkerton
Awesome bass line. I love playing it even though it's so simple.
I love revisiting this version. This and all of Pinkerton is so FUCKING good
Freaking love this song. Packs the same power that Say It Ain't So has.
Oh... B-sides, we love you *-*

Can someone accurately explain which version this it?

This wasn't from SftBH, this is just a scrapped Pinkerton song
I think this version was supposed to be for the blue album. There are other version intended for both Songs From The Black hole and Pinkerton.
@@joshgulisano1863 Yeah, this is the preproduction recording for Blue.
@GalaxyDuster Blue Deluxe.
Sounds like Melvins
Interesting. Powerpop sludge metal
I can understand why it didn't make the blue album. I'm sure it'll grow on me, but yeah. Just sayin.
