please help me Dr.. I have very weak hips and injured my groins and been asked by the Dr not to do any hip opening asanas no dragon..no no lotus no butterfly..nothing where I extend legs..raise them...open them..streych them :"( I mean it is not that sore but he said I torn some soft tissues..tendons..ligaments..he ddnt even specify..now I am feeling so down..the only thing tht was making my day was the Yin yoga practice..I over stretched my legs..opened my legs wider than my body could take and now I cld do nothing dnt knw till when...almost all of yoga practices for hormones balances..depression..anxiety and also for insomnia involves a lot of stretching and opening..do u recommend me sth n particular?? would be great to read a Yoga Dr opinion.

This yoga practice is softly, so you do not need to warm up before. But if you want you can do the surya namaskar. :)
